Really long night of no sleep, headaches and driving the porcelin bus. I still had to get out and run since it was such a nice day in LA. 10 miles along the beach so slow it was ridiculous and hurting like crazy the whole way. Funny thing is, I feel much better because of it and heading out to spend Thanksgiving in Detroit

I'm sorry about all that - being sick and Thanksgiving in Detroit. Ann works tomorrow too. Holiday pay though.
