Long run in the evening in Cancun, Mexico. 3 mile warmup, followed by 1 mile repeats trying to hold 5:45 pace with 30 seconds in between. 2 mile cooldown. Not much of a cooldown in 80 degree weather. But who's complaining?

Wow 80 degrees. It's gotta be tough to come back and run in Cache Valley after that.

Nice workout Steve. Were you able to run them in 5:45? By my count that's 10 one mile repeats in 5:45. Pretty impressive.

Nope. I fell back to 6 pace for the last three. It felt way easier to run at that altitude fast, but I am having a heck of a time shaking off the effects of more mileage. I can run long or fast in a week of training, but I can't run long fast..
