First workout feeling strong in a long time. I spent all day at the desk doing taxes and finally got to the gym at 8pm. It was sunny all day while I sat inside surrounded by papers and was pouring rain when I had time to run. 30 minutes good lifting then hit the treadmill. Good constant tempo run, 5 miles at 6 min pace, 3 miles at 5:27 pace, 2 miles at 6. Then hopped in the pool with the masters team for a 250 meter swim (slow). |
