Easy trail run from Logan River up to Spring Hollow and along the Crimson Trail. Took it real easy today and just enjoyed being out doing what I love. No aches or pains at all today running aside from a stiff knee which is a first in a long time.

Nice run.
I can honestly say that I never have a run without any aches or pains. But then again I work with people not much older than me that complain about their aches and pains they experience sitting at their desks.

I only mention it because of it's rarity.
