Along the golfcourse and down the Bonneville shoreline trail then headed down with the girls and spent the whole afternoon in the Holiday Inn with the built in waterslide (Fins and Grins) seriously, the whole afternoon.  Then we went to the USATF banquet and said Hi to everyone.  The kids got pretty restless though and we had to leave early.  Back to the pool...
