10 outside of Denver airport through the cornfields. Great place to run and just fit in between my flights. Very stiff legs today so turning in about 8:30 pace

I just took three days off! Running 10 at a slow pace gives me more rest than anything else I've found. I'm getting.g a long swim in tomorrow, that's always nice.
