Picked up the girls in the double stroller at school and did a 5 miler together.  These kids are just getting too big for this stuff!   Later evening we went to the gym and the kids went swimming while I got in another 10 on the treadmill.

You're putting in some monster miles this month. Pretty cool that you find time to get runs in all over the country. It's very motivating for me to see how hard you're willing to work. Great job!

Thanks Scott. My running kind of depends on what kind of time I have so when I get it, I put in some miles. They are slow though. Are you running Ogden again this year?

I'm running the Ogden 1/2 marathon this year. Focusing more on Utah Valley. What races are on your schedule?
