I hiked 22 miles of the Santa Ana mountains today.  An all dayer up over Santiago Peak, hitting snow at 4,000 feet which was a surprise in Orange County.  I hiked the last 10 miles wearing a garbage bag.

I also finally got up kiteboarding today.  This sport has kicked my butt, three lessons just to get up on the water and learn to turn.  I'm getting old.

I'm going to take a picture of my gut right now and post it. It's impressive!

I figure March 1st is my day to start the running thing back up. I just got an email from Sarah confirming entry in the US Half Championships so lets get ready to rumble!
