Had to get the running in I missed yesterday so double ran it today.  Problem was that I'm in Atlanta, which was 96 and pretty humid.  So I split the run in two, 11.5 miles at first and 9 after a one hour break to cool down.  This heat is a kick in the pants!  I went through two 64 ounce Big Gulps in one afternoon.

Phoenix for tomorrow and Saturday, both long runs, and forcast at 106...

I'm impressed with the miles you got in with the heat. I was knackered yesterday after 13 miles. Happy running in Phoenix. You may set a Big Gulp record :-)

I'm waiting to see what a long run is for you these days seeing as how most of your regular mid-week runs are 20 miles.
