Easy run on some sore legs just before the sun came up in Phoenix.  Rushed to the airport to hop on the plane, landing in snow flurries in SLC, and dropped the kids off at school with bags of grapefruit, oranges and lemons for their teachers from their cousin's yard.  What a neat trip.

Heading to Costa Rica for work for two days tomorrow and hoping to have some juice in the legs for some trail running!

Sounds like you and the kids had a great trip to Arizona!

I'm really looking forward to Mountain to Fountain as well. Depending on your schedule afterwards, maybe we'll be able to grab lunch and hang out a bit. It should be a great race and a fun day.

Have a good time on Costa Rica. Lots of cool places to run down there.

Let's do it. I will be down there for a few days. maybe catch a long desert run?

Yeah I'll be down there all day on Monday after the race. My Dad and I are going kayaking that day... but a desert long run in the morning would be great.
