Early morning at the gym and had a tempo run on schedule but after a few minutes on the treadmill I could see that I was just too sore so I decided to wait until the evening and get some lifting in. 3 miles at 7:30 pace and 45 minutes of upper body junk.
10 mile tempo in the evening at 6 min pace. I haven't had a good workout like this for ages so I'm excited to be able to do it again. We'll see what this does to me tomorrow. |
