Over the past couple weeks I have been battling more little injuries and my once a season sickness. That should all be behind now. Met up Kallen at the middle school to help out with the distance crew from the KC home school track club. We did a fun progression workout of 6 on 1 off down to 1 on 1 off. Second set was 5 on 1 off down. Good workout, paces were quicker than I anticipated so we ended up getting quite the milage today, I hope that tendonitis dosnt flare up tomorrow.
