I want to improve and perform really well on my college team!
Long-Term Running Goals:
1 mi warm up, 2 mi speed change, mile cool down.
Felt tired. I started taking ibuprofen this day so wasn't in much pain.
I wanted to be in the top 10. Didn't get there! :(
