I want to improve and perform really well on my college team!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Sunnyside speed workout. Boy, this was hard. We did 150s ( I think) and about a 800 (?).
AM: Went to Liberty? I think. 3 laps; 1 warm up, 2 firemen.
PM: Sugarhouse. Did the state course nice and easy and then did two 800s. My quads were sore at the beginning and my shins were of course.
