Long-Term Running Goals:
AM: city run, 10 strides, cool down. Shins felt alright.
Afternoon: warm up, ten 400s, cool down. Shins felt bad aferwards.
AM: I'm sick, needed sleep.
Afternoon: Mile warm up, 2 miles of speed changes, .75 mi cool down (I didn't run the last lap because my shins hurt!). Iced afterwards.
