Tuesday night workout. I got new shoes the day before. I like them and now they'll help my pronation (is that what it is?). 2 mile warm up, speed changes, four 800s, 2 mile cool down. My ankle felt alright. On the slanted hills at Sugarhouse I could feel it a little. 3 sets of 25 crunches, 3 sets of 10 girl pushups and 6 minutes to a six pack workout. |
