The meet was at Cyprus today. I was glad to see it clouding over so it wasn't so hot. At the beginning of the race, I started out strong but then fell behind after about a mile (i think?). My shins hurt and I felt sick to the stomach. Afterwards I was shivering. My brother is sick so maybe I'm coming down with what he has. I feel so crappy right now. Blah.

I'm disappointed my times have been a lot slower than the first meet (i had 22.20, something around there) and my PR a few weeks before that(21:50). I can't figure out why I'm 2+ minutes slower now. Maybe it's the shins. Also I don't get a lot of rest. I feel way stressed out with xc, school, and work. Huh. Well I don't know.
