Morning This morning the team did a 2 mile warm up and then the firemen for 2 miles.  Running the two mile loop is sort of scary for me because there are all these branches and roots that I'm frightened I'm going to run in to or trip over.  Ha, anyways, after, we did strides for the photographer and a cool down.

I'm feeling prettttty good.

I'm leaving town for Estes Park tomorrow morning and hopefully their trails have the distance marked so that I'll still be able to blog my miles.  I tend to underestimate how much milage I do if I have to decide myself. Another worry is the altitude, however, I think I'll be ok. We're better off here than people at sea level.

Night 2 mile warm up, 3 miles of speed change, 1 mile cool down. I felt totally exhausted after the first 800 and the backs of my knees and calves felt tight and sore(ish).

3 sets of 25 crunches.

I biked 2 miles to the park and biked home for a total of 4 miles. The ride home was tough.

Have a fun trip. If you have access to a computer and the trials you run are easy to see from satelite, you can go to gmap-pedometer and it will measure the distance. But just getting out for the time on the run is the key. So just go have fun.
