Easy 5 mile jog with an upper body weight workout later on this afternoon.
Progression run starting from 9/min pace down to 7:13/mile pace for the last two miles.
Easy 6 miles towards Cottonwood Heights and back. Did some speed changes toward the end.
Easy 4 miles weights later in the afternoon.
Six miles with random surges up to 5k effort.
