AM-4 miles on the mill at the gym. Lower body weights and crunches.
No run. Off.
AM-12 miles easy aerobic. 7th/13th east o/b. Amazing fall running weather this morning.
Day off. Did upper body weight work out later at the gym.
AM-Managed to swing 4 miles today. Now that I'm a month out from TOU it's probably time to start training. It was good though to take a break away and do something different for a change.
AM-6 miles easy. Really warm out this morning. The wind got a little crazy at some points..
Ten miles on the parkway trail. 7th east loop. Tailwind coming back was a nice boost.
