AM-Early 4.5 mile wake up run on the treadmill. Had some breakfast and a nap then went out for 8.5 miles with some stride outs. Cool temps were very welcome this morning..
Easy 10.5 miles today before work. Did some hill srges along the way.
Easy 10.5 mile distance run. Last miles at 7:16-7:20 pace.
Steady state 11 mile run before work. Double loop with some stretching.
Easy 5 mile recovery jog. 8-8:20/mile pace.
Easy 6 miles at lunch time.
