AM-Easy-medium 10 miles up 9400s. Practiced form with some speed changes up and down the hills. Stretching and ab work with push ups after. PM-Easy 6 mile jog/run at lunch time. Rio loop. After much thought I have come to the decision that I need to go and run TOU marathon. I'm not going to compete because I'm not in that good of shape but just go run a good marathon and enjoy it.
