Easy 5 miles today. Looking for ways to gain weight and muscle without the middle age gut. I don't have one but lately I understand that this is going to be a challenge.. Joked with my co-workers that I was starting to get one from all the sausage Mc Muffins and etc that I had been eating lately. They laughed.. What are you talking about? I knew then I needed to make dietary changes. My activity level does not match calorically with what I need to be eating.
