Personal:
AM-5 miles easy-medium. Last week was kind of a mileage bust.. However I notice that when I listen to the body and not weekly mileage I just plain run better. And I enjoy it more:)
AM-10 miles with the last 2 at 6:30-6:40ish pace. 7th/parkway/o/b.
AM-9 miles on the parkway. Did some grass laps to cool down.
AM-Easy 4.5 mile jog. 7th/parkway.
AM-Easy 6 miles. Last two at 6:30-/40/mi. parkway/7th.
Took today off.
AM-Easy 10 mile walk-jog. Strideouts at the end.
