AM-Early morning LR again. 16 miles total. Bonked a little at the end. Parkway/7th/13th/Union/Draper.
PM-6 miles in the heat. 95 F. 7th/94th o/b.
AM-6 miles slow recovery jog. Walked part of it to keep the heart rate down. parkway/state. o/b.
AM-Easy 6 mile jog. Keeping it no faster than 8/min pace. I have a tendency to push recovery runs but not today. Perhaps I'm actually getting older and wiser. Or just plain slower..
AM- 4.5 miles easy. 7th/parkway.
AM-6 miles parkway/7th/ext. Already 90 F this morning.
AM-10.5 miles with 3 min surges/30 sec recovery. Parkway/7th. o/b ext.
