No run today. Went to Church and afterwards did some reading for a couple of hours. I'm starting to feel a bit better physically now and also in some other areas of life so I'm going to start running again this week:)
You know I've been reading "Born to Run" lately and wow what a great read.. I think I may be slowly being converted to the Ultra and trail running. And I hope to start possibly do some barefoot running soon after I get my hands on some five fingers to build up and into. It sounds exciting but a bit daunting and even a little scary also after some of the accounts I read in the book. Is this really for me? I don't know but it sure sounds fun and I guess I'll soon find out. It may be just what I need in my life right now too:)
