Run a good marathon again in the future.
Personal:
Easy 4 miles on 7th out and back.
AM-Easy to steady 6 mile gradual progression run on the treadmill.
PM-Easy 4 mile jog on 7th loop out and back.
Progressive run going down in elevation at first then coming back up towards the end.
Easy run on the treadmill with weights afterwards. Started with walking and then slowly moved the pace upward in small increments every minute.
