AM-6 miles 7:15/mi avg with a faster quarter at the end in 1:18.Time to cash in my birthday gift card and get some new trainers. Starting to feel the road now in the ones that I have.
AM-Easy 4 miles at 7:30-7:46/mi pace. 7th/Union o/b.
AM-10 miles with 3x mile with 4 min rest interval. 5:28, 5:32 and 5:26. Tough with all the crosswind this morning.
