AM-Easy 8 miles. 7:09-8min/mi. pace. Yesterdays hill torture fest really wreaked havoc on my hips. Couldn't hold a smooth stride so I stretched and then as I did so I heard and felt this nice pop. Much better..
AM-10 miles. Was planning on doing another 18 miler but the legs were not having any of it.. I need another recovery day? (the joy of getting older..) So I bagged it and went for a solid 10 instead.
