seriously, ouch! what in the world? i have never been so sore. maybe there was a tectonic plate shift and the course was steeper than usual.
but once the soreness is gone it is forgotten, which is good because then we can sign up for next year's race :)

Yeah - I remember how much that course trashed my quads the next few days. I was glad my legs weren't at all sore after my 35 mile run on Saturday. Or does that mean I didn't push enough?
