Wow! what a race today! Good competition, chewin the fat in the early miles like a group of college buddies on a training run. Got miserable in the end and just could not match Paul and his kick. Felt a small breeze as he went by! Thanks for an awesome race and good job overall Paul, Bob, Sasha. Good improvement Sasha. You are getting there little by little. Ted, you too. I was really glad to see you cross the finish when you did and thanks for the ride.

WOW! What a run and only a week from a marathon. What's the one key element in your training that's helped you with your marathon pace?

Nice run that's totally impressive.

Good job in the 30k! Very impressive after running SaltLake last week. I saw you even bumped up to 2nd in the Circuit. It was good to talk to you face to face after the race, I have known who you were for a few years, but now I can pick you out in a crowd.

Good race Steve! I am in awe that you can race so well on back to back weekends. Your hard work and training are paying off. Keep it up and the trials are well within reach.

Steve, this would be an awesome accomplishment on its own, but coming on the heels of a marathon one week before is absolutely superhuman.
