Easy long run today on the JT trail and back down Redwood road. 2:25 total time. Became very sick with some nasty stomach pains afterward. Went immediately down for a nap. Felt a little better afterwards but still not 100%
Daniels prescribes both. It just depends on the week, or microcycle that he suggests for that period of training. Some of the threshold workouts include 20-25 minutes at threshold, then 60 minutes easy, then another 20-25 minutes hard. It's basically the same type of workout.
Thanks for the encouragement! usually running after the night shift isn't that bad if I can just get out of my work clothes and get on my running ones! But today the treadmill was just torture! I think your right though just keep tyring to see what works best!
