Hi Steve,

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I am not running too many long runs with a group, only when I can find someone. I would like to get together at some point and run long, although I am afraid you would trash me royally. I am not sure if I will be in town this weekend, but if I am and you are going long, I might be able to swing it. Keep me posted.

Thanks for the support.

You have had a great week + of some really quality training. I think you are smart to take it a little easier this week and give your body a chance to consolidate your fitness gains. A little sharpening next week and you will be ready to run a great half. Just have the confidence to run with the lead pack and good things will happen for you.
