Yeah, reference to the gym. Crazy this time of year as you well know I'm sure. They have a 30 minute limit when the machines are full.

Yup. It can be interesting at times.
Some days I try to combine both by commute running there to get both road and softer mill mileage. Not sure how effective that is with the stopping and starting up again.. It does seem to help with impact and recovery however.
