Nice run. Don't worry about your running your family is important, and dedicating your time with your wife should be what you would want to do. Your an awesome runner and taking more time to focus on your family is more of a benefit. Besides
your fitness level will not decrease, the rest from not running as much can only give you fresher legs when you really get back into it again.

Great knee lift in the picture! And your face looks like you are not working that hard. If I did not know it was the end of a marathon, and somebody told me you are finishing a solid 5 K I would have believed it. I think in the next two years of consistent training you'll be running sub-2:15 on a perfect flat sea level course.
