I just feel out of shape some days. I average 2-3 cups of coffee a day now or should I say mugs.. REALLY I AM out of shape. 11.0 mph is not the same on the roads.

One thing that I already know but forget a lot is the fact that it's hard to truly feel fit if you aren't racing fairly regularly. Racing makes you feel sharp.

At least for me that's true.
