A friend of mine from high school as well as SLCC passed away yesterday. He was a huge help on many of the assignments and projects we had. I just wish I had kept in touch..  He was also a runner like us. Life is short people, live the best you can and enjoy every moment out there. Something for this guy to start living up to better.
