Out for 10 miles with 4 miles at 5:45-6:15/mi toward the end. 7th and 13th east loop course. Push-ups and ab work also afterwards. Finally my SI joint is opening up after seeing the chiro and stretching every day. I have a few things to say about things lately but then again I may not. I will at least wait for a while.. Definitely need to post a new profile pic though. Hmm.. This one doesn't really work or does it? |
