First hard workout in along time if you could call it that.  Grabbed my note book and drew out some workouts for the next few weeks. I am going to start out a little different this year and work on mainly speed and power.  So tonight I incorporated 10 sec all out sprints followed by 2 minutes of slow running or jogging. The body just felt really strong and healthy today during the workout.  One reason I think is that I'm finally sleeping better now and eating better too. Just need to ditch the Krispy Kreme donuts I suppose.  It's hard to resist in the morning because when I was riding the bicycle from work  I would stop and grab a free one!

Evil donuts..    Dark Horse out.

Steve, Always good to hear from you and glad to see you doing workouts again. Yes I'm breaking down some but I'm trying to get back. It has been nearly 2-months of "so-so" and now I'm trying to get back into "good".

As far as your donut comment goes I have some words of advice from a wise man, Homer says-

"Dear Homer, IOU one emergency donut. Signed Homer. Bastard! He's always one step ahead."

"Donuts. Is there anything they can't do?"

"Mr. Scorpio says productivity is up 2%, and it's all because of my motivational techniques, like donuts and the possibility of more donuts to come."

"This donut has purple in the middle, purple is a fruit."

The best things in life are FREE! (But so are some evil deep-fried desserts, unfortunately.) Hey, good luck with this next year...the year of POWER!
