Easy-medium 6 miler this morning on the Rio loop.  Last 3 miles at 6-6:20/pace.   Probably my only run for today as it is a hectic one.  Our other vehicle broke down and I have to find a way to go get it and work on it today.  We have a saying now at our house; "If it ain't broke, it aint ours."
