AM-Easy recovery jog for 8 miles total on the treadmill. /7-8/mph. @.5%-1% incline. 2 miles very easy at 7.0 and then 6 miles at 8.0 mph. Felt really slow but I just kept telling myself that my legs will only thank me later on. PM-7 miles on 7th/Parkway trail out and back.
