Easy 4 miles today was all. (28:54) out and back.  Spent most of the day at church and with the fam doing typical Sunday stuff.  Getting up to run is the easy part..  It's dragging myself into church that isn't so easy and I'll just leave it at that.

 I'm just not the super religious type I guess..

I read about that I think in Psychology Today somewhere or something. Mentioned that to the wife one time and got the evil eye for the rest of the day!

My thing is that I'm kind of a middle of the road guy who believes in what is right and wrong just not the religiosity of it all if you know what I mean.. That doesn't really work here in Utah it seems though. Could be wrong, the older I get the less I know I'm finding out:)

If it was true that would be awesome. That way, blaming us for not being religious would be like blaming us for not being 7 feet tall.
