Longer run on the treadmill today with 6 miles at 7-7:30/mile at 1.5%. Upped the pace for 2 miles at 6:20-6:30/mile at 2-3.5% incline. 1 mile recovery at 7:30/mile flat and then 3 miles at 6:40-6:18/mi. 2-4% incline. I needed to take some heart rate sampling and stay off the hard pavement today.
