AM-12 miles with the last 2 at MP effort. (1:22:10)

Right hamstring and sacrum are tighter than usual this morning. I think it's time to just go get a heel lift and raise the shorter leg until I can figure out how to correct this imbalance. That is if it can be corrected at all..  Trying to stay optimistic about this but it's been an ongoing thing for a few years now and it's time for some real answers.

AM-4 miles easy on the soft deck treadmill at Gold's. A less bone jarring and joint shearing choice than the usual concrete today. (29:21) flat level.

Good to see you back blogging! That Emerson quote in your Personal section is one of my favorites.

Keeping my fingers crossed that you'll find a solution to your leg imbalance issue. I suspect that's a common problem.

Take care Steve!

Hang in there and don't forget to hit the weights for the lower body. My hunch is a regimen of squats and dead lifts, done correctly, would solve your issue. They strengthen the lower body and rear like no other.

You're welcome. I'm a ham-n-egger runner compared to you Steve, but a student of the game per se. Just some ideas u might consider that have worked for me.
