Just 5 miles today at 7/min pace. Would have ran more but I had things to do around the house while later taking the boys to Nickelcade. Forgot how much I liked video games as a kid:)

Got some Saucony gear from a friend of mine today. Thank you Jeremiah!  Going for a test drive with it on Sunday.

I have never tried Saucony, You know I was always a Brooks or Nike guy but from what I can tell so far the Triumph 9 is a pretty good shoe for me.
