Easy 10 miles at 6:30-7:30/mile.  Up through Dimple Dell area. I think it's time to make some adjustments in my training.  I was looking at the ratio of AT miles vs aerobic base mileage, too many miles at threshold pace.. I love to run hard but this is getting kinda ridiculous so instead I'm going to change up some workouts to get things where they need to be.

The tricky part is finding the right amount before I breakdown! I'm probably going to have to sacrifice the early part of the season in order to peak a little later.

I'm running a half marathon in Austin Texas next weekend so I've been training pretty hard most of this winter. It's the first time I have focused on a winter race and I'm starting to regret it. Wondering how my body is going to hold up May through July.
