No run today, just the bike and it is definitely nippy out there now. I still enjoy it though and I keep debating if I should take up cycle racing. I just don't have much desire to run anymore and I don't know why. Get back to you on that one.  For now I will rely on God's will with things and if he says run, then I'll run. In fact I found a scripture in the Bible that was very comforting and interesting to read.

In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in days of old;   Amos 9:11

Watching a repeat of General Conference this morning helped me in remembering the fact that everything is in his hands now, so I do have faith that things will get better.  I believe they already are...     Dark Horse out.

Do you not want to run because of your injury? Or is it for other reasons? It would be a shame to lose you from the running community. BTW, I've been diagnosed with tendonitis of the hamstrings so I'm going to take some time off running also to let them heal. Maybe we all just need a bit of a break from the pressure to put in mega-miles.

Does running seem like a chore if so your right to step back and run when you feel like it. I've got a great talent at anything you do Steve. Keep your confidence high. There's a scripture in the bible that I like to go by

1 Timothy 4:8 (new living version)

“Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come."

Here's the King James version

"For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."
