Jordan river trail for 16 miles today in 1:36:18 with 13 miles in 1:15:37. Nice day today, legs were a little heavy but I seem to be running well in spite of it. PM- 12 miles easy. Untimed, Fueled up and took a big nap. Went out very slow and came back feeling not too bad. Had too sandbag this week because of upcoming events for a couple of days. I know it was not the wise thing to do but I did it and in some way I know that I will benefit however.

You would have been top five in Moab with your workout today. I can't wait to see you race something longer like a half or full.

There was a typo on the overall time of the run. Jordan River trail is the only course I have not measured it might .1 mile off but not more than that. As for Moab I did not know about it, who was in the top 5 and what were the times?

From Scott Browning on Mon, Mar 19, 2007 at 11:22:12

Moab Top Five

1 David Danley 1:09.24

2 BJ Christenson 1:10.16

3 Ken Pliska (Master) 1:10.24

4 Neal Gassman 1:10.27

5 Kenneth Richardson 1:13.39

How does that put me in the top 5?

From steve ashbaker on Mon, Mar 19, 2007 at 14:35:54

Maybe 5th place...

From Mike on Mon, Mar 19, 2007 at 15:05:17

How about 6th? I think 6th was 1:16 something. I think you would have been with that group of three.
