I think I'm just going to do 10 miles today in light of the race this weekend. I felt really good this morning and so I decided to get my LT run in. Jack Daniels has had his athletes do consecutive hard workouts in order to allow 3-4 full days of recovery before a race. I can see the wisdom in this as long as you don't overdo it on any one day. 4 mile Progression run at 5:36 to 5:15 with last mile in 5:06. 85-95% mhr. Parkway.
