Easy 6 miles this morning at 7/min-7:30/mile pace. JRT out and back.   Made it to church today but our last meeting was a bit stressful because of some controversial statements by someone.   Some days I just grit my teeth and remind myself of something I learned recently;  "Principles before personalities". We are all inherently flawed as human beings and will say some pretty crappy things from time to time I suppose:(
